So guess what I'm doing in May?

Going to Seoul for a week, Beijing for a week, and Shanghai for three days. Fuck. Yeah.

More specifically: May 12 - 20 in Seoul, May 20 - 25 in Beijing, and May 25 - 28 in Shanghai. I get to go to the World Expo 2010, and attend lectures in Seoul and Beijing-and I get 3 university credits for it. :D

After reading Amanda Palmer's blog last night about The (Actual) News™, I made the decision to try to be more plugged in to what's going on in the world-not just things that show up on my Twitter feed, but doing crazy shit like reading newspapers. (WHOA.)

Days always seem longer when they start at 7:30 am.

I woke up super early (for me) to go to AIDS Walk LA today-- Sean had told me the buses were going to leave at 8:15, so I got up, got dressed, brushed my teeth, etc. etc. and made it there by 8:00. This is something weird that I'd never really noticed, but I have a lot of scars.

I know where a lot of them came from (lol hi history as a self-harmer), but a lot of the ones on the backs of my hands are just .. like, where did they even come from? It's super weird.
